Positioned in pasture land with sweeping views to Werri Beach, Werri Lagoon and the pristine Pacific Ocean, this large and comfortable home, set on 5 acres, comes complete with a dramatic in-ground pool and split-level sandstone entertainment area, can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The manicured grassed lawn stretching beyond the grass-fenced 15-metre saltwater pool is reminiscent of a fairway on one of the world’s best golf courses Pebble Beach California! 280 degree views take in the ocean, the escarpment at the back of the township of Gerringong and the beach. Seacliff House is an exclusive private property that will be booked out completely for all your friends and family to share in your special day. There are many locations within the grounds to say your “I do’s”, a lovely flat area of land to place a marquee overlooking the fantastic view and plenty of lush outdoor grounds to enjoy lawn games and pre-dinner canapes!
5 minutes away is the township of Gerringong – where you can head for your photoshoot after the ceremony, with beaches, gardens and rural spots for the perfect photo backdrop.
