If you are planning on looking at some wedding venues during the trail, then here are some tips to make sure you get the most out of your venue viewing:
Work out your approximate guest numbers to make sure the venue can accommodate everyone
Check availability with the venue if you have a preferred date or month you'd like to get married
Set a rough budget for how much you want to spend on the wedding, and make sure that the venue is in your price bracket. Be aware that while some venues may appear more expensive on paper, the price might include items like tables and chairs, catering and onsite accommodation etc
Think about where all your guest will be travelling from. Do you want a venue that has accommodation onsite or nearby for all your guests or are you happy to organise transport for everyone
If you are wanting to have your ceremony off site like for example a particular beach or reserve then check the proximity to the venue and wether you will need transport hire. Also check with local councils as some beaches and public reserves require council permits to hold wedding ceremonies
